Our Story

It started with a realization: Most managers don’t have the time to coach their reps effectively.

After years of trial and error in sales - surviving economic recessions and even a  performance-improvement plan (PIP) - Salman realized that there was a deep need for training and enablement for sales reps in the B2B space.

Despite companies investing in new technology, in-house training and enablement, and outside consultants to help the front line, reps still aren’t getting the help they need.

This is a truth that reps, VPs and 1st line leaders will all admit.

Salman identified this need early, and began sharing actionable insights, tactics, and strategies that fueled his 17-year long career in sales, all as an individual contributor.

The feedback was undeniable. Amassing a following of 86,000+ on LinkedIn - Salman knew that his advice needed to go further than a social platform.

Soon after, Salman Sales Academy was born - with a mission of enablement both individual contributors and companies to maximize their go-to-market (GTM) potential.
